FOGSI I care workshops( Integrated contraceptive approach across reproductive years, are a series of workshops launched by Family welfare committee, FOGSI for the facilitation of establishing FOGSI I Care clinics in private facilities with the primary intention of improving contraception uptake and reducing the number of unintended pregnancies
The first of such series was launched at Bengaluru on 21st Jan 2020. Our industry support Pfizer helped us with the guest faculty Dr Ritu Joshi from Jaipur the former chairperson of family welfare committee.
We had an audience of 60 gynecologists from Manipal hospital and the surrounding hospitals of the area. The three hour CME was interactive,the faculty were senior and junior BSOGIANS, the talks were well received and the concept was appreciated.
