BSOG under aegis of FOGSI ( The federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological societies of India) conducted a FOGSI FORCE CME at RRMCH on the 7th and 8th of September, 2019

The president FOGSI this year DR Nandita Palshetkar, the Vice President Dr Haresh Doshi and the chairperson medical education committee Dr Abha Singh and Dr.Shobha N Gudi national coordinator FOGSI FORCE CME, and President BSOG Dr. R Nagarathnamma were instrumental in conducting this CME.

Dr. Sathyamurthy Dean RRMCH extended support by providing the use of the premises and Dr. Sai Lakshmi Prof.& HOD OBG dept RRMCH also helped in the conduct of the CME.

This was a comprehensive two day free educational program for PGS in OBG, it involved PGS and faculty from ESI hospital, MVJ medical college, Rajarajeswari medical college, Santosh Hospital, Vydehi Medical college, St.Johns medical college Bangalore Medical college, St. Philomenas Hospital, KIMS Hospital, Ambedkar Medical college, M S Ramaiah Medical college, St.Marthas Hospital, Sapthagiri medical college, Jayanagar General Hospital. FOGSI extended support through Sun Pharma who provided food, and sponsored travel and accommodation for two national faculty Dr. Aruna Kekre and Dr. Jaya vijayraghavan, identified by FOGSI.The host institute RRMCH under the guidance of Dr. R Nagarathnamma, President BSOG and Prof OBG Dept, RRMCH organised the scientific program with students and faculties.

About 120 Post graduates and 42 faculty participated in the CME. It was well organised at a short notice. The support received from the entire RRMCH was appreciable .KMC awarded 4 KMC credit hours for the delegates and faculty.
